Toni served as an administrative law judge for over 30 years conducting both high volume and complex hearings in two states and for several different administrative agencies. She holds certificates in both Administrative Adjudication and Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills from the National Judicial College (NJC) and has served on NJC’s faculty for over 25 years. During her tenure with the NJC, she has taught well over 150 continuing judicial education classes. both at NJC’s Reno campus and in 21 other states. She is a Past Chair of NJC’s Faculty Council and in 2019 was awarded NJC’s award for Excellence in Teaching. She achieved NAHO certification as an ALJ in 2009 when she was also elected to serve on NAHO’s Board. She is currently the Immediate Past President of NAHO and Conference Committee Chair. Her degrees are from the University of Arkansas where she was a Truman Scholar.
