Reservation Information:

The De Soto Hotel i s offering NAHO conference attendees a special discounted room rate at the per diem set by the General Services Administration ( $ 147 per night). These rates are subject to additional city, state, and Historic Preservation fees per night. Taxes and fees as required by the state/ city of Savannah are subject to change. Rates are quoted based on single/double occupancy. An additional fee of $ 10 . 00 will be added for each additional adult, over two adults per room.

NAHO’s special rate is only available from Saturday, November 30 through Thursday, December 5 , 2024. Rooms may be available before and after these dates at the prevailing rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by a first night room deposit. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.

NAHO attendees receive a 20 % discount on valet parking, reducing the fee to $ 36 per day. To receive NAHO’s special discounted rate, reservations must be received by the hotel by Thursday, October 31, 2024. After October 31, the hotel will release all remaining rooms for general sale at the prevailing rate.

Reservations must be cancelled not later than 72 hours prior to the intended arrival date/time in order to avoid cancellation
charges.

NAHO’s guaranteed room block for the conference is limited, so please make your reservations early!
