Tiffany L. Schmidt currently serves as a Mediator/Hearing Officer for the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services. She handles hearings surrounding bargaining unit certifications and clarifications as well as independent reviews. She joined the Bureau in January of 2020 and became a member of NAHO in 2022, achieving national certification through NAHO in 2025. She has experience representing both labor and management in labor and employment law matters.
Tiffany is a 2001 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and holds a B.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Winona State University. She is also the Central Region Representative to the NAHO Board of Directors.
