Since 2012, Judge Gayle Williams-Byers has served as Presiding Judge of the South Euclid Municipal Court in South Euclid, Ohio. Prior to taking the bench, she practiced as an Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor and as Supervisor of the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury. She also served as adjunct faculty at the Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a Judicial Fellow with the National Judicial College, teaching under a partnership grant through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on topics related to drivers of commercial motor vehicles in criminal and traffic courts. Judge Williams-Byers received her bachelor’s, masters, and J.D. degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
