Dustin began his career with Tennessee Dept. of Safety and Homeland Security presiding over Driver Improvement and Financial Responsibility hearings and prosecuting civil forfeiture cases. As Commissioner’s Designee for TDOSHS, he reviews records and issues initial and final orders including forfeitures, voluntary dismissals, and reconsideration requests and presides over all Appellate matters before the agency. He is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law and Middle Tennessee State University. Dustin has been an active member of NAHO since 2018. He currently serves on the NAHO Board as Treasurer.
