Successfully making the transition from advocate, agency representative, or other agency support role to neutral adjudicator is a more difficult, arduous process than most realize. It requires a different mindset and revision of the reasoning process. With examples and audience interaction, you’ll learn how to develop an impartial frame of mind and how to use your skills and experience as an advocate to become an effective, unbiased adjudicator. Issues that may arise or that new adjudicators experience will be addressed.
