Since 1978, Professor Ogden has taught administrative law, civil procedure, professional responsibility, and remedies. He’s a graduate of UCLA, (BA, cum laude) UC Davis School of Law (JD, Law Review Editor), has an LLM from Temple University in legal education, and an LLM from Columbia University in administrative law. He is principal author of California Public Administrative Law. He’s been faculty editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary since 2000 and has spoken at numerous continuing legal and judicial education conferences on administrative law, judicial ethics and related topics.
