With more than 25 years of service in education, Kristin Booker has built a career centered on student success, instructional excellence, and transformative leadership. Beginning as a 5th-grade teacher, her passion for literacy and learning led to roles as a Reading Coordinator, Curriculum Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal. She currently serves as a Hearing Officer, working to resolve behavioral concerns in a way that promotes successful outcomes in a school setting. Booker earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Miles College, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from University of Alabama-Birmingham, an Educational Specialist degree from University of Montevallo, and holds AA certification in Educational Leadership.
