John Muffler, U.S. Marshals Service Chief Inspector (retired), was Administrator of the National Center for Judicial Security, a national program that researched, trained, and assessed security measures and countermeasures for the global judicial community. He has lectured globally on judicial security, protective intelligence, and assessment and management of threats. He’s a faculty member of the NJC and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Through his company, he helps courts create security systems and provides advice and guidance to the judiciary on security-related topics. He has an MS from St. Joseph’s University and a BS from Temple University.
