Description
This session includes practical instruction on staying within the agency's statutory jurisdiction and authority, following statutes and judicial precedent, and recognizing the role of administrative regulation, policy and prior adjudications, as well as the importance of making proper findings of fact and conclusions of law. Given the erosion of the rule of law in today's political climate, it will also address handling command pressure.
