Bobbie Marshall is the Assistant Director of Fair and Fraud Hearings for Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She previously served as a Hearings Manager for two years,Lead Hearings Officer for two years, and a Hearings Officer for four years. HerBachelor of Arts and Sciences degree is from Texas Tech. She became a NAHO member in 2015, assisting with Facebook and Twitter accounts. She created NAHO's Instagram and LinkedIn pages, manages all ofNAHO's social media accounts and content, and regularly updates the NAHO website. Mrs. Marshall is passionate about NAHO’s mission to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the administrative hearing process and has served NAHO as an at-large member of the NAHO Board, as Southwest Region Representative, as Vice President, and now serves as NAHO’s Treasurer.
