Bobbie Marshall is the Assistant Director of Fair and Fraud Hearings for Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She previously served as a Hearings Manager for two years, a Lead Hearings Officer for two years, and a Hearings Officer for four years. Her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree is from Texas Tech. She became a NAHO member in 2015, assisting with Facebook and Twitter accounts. She created NAHO's Instagram and LinkedIn pages, manages all of NAHO's social media accounts and content, and regularly updates the NAHO website. Mrs. Marshall is passionate about NAHO’s mission to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the administrative hearings process and has served as an at-large member of the NAHO Board, as NAHO’s Southwest Region Representative, and now serves as NAHO's Vice President.
