This session will compare how housing, employment, and education discrimination cases are adjudicated in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. It will include an overview of the organizational structure and adjudicative process for each agency. How discovery disputes are managed, and the authority of the adjudicator will also be addressed. Finally, the Judges will offer tips about how to present cases and answer questions from the attendees.
