Supervising those that pride themselves on independence requires adaptability, compassion, and patience. This interactive session will cover supervising both bargaining unit and non-bargaining unit employees, including tips for both remote and in-person supervision. As a group, we will also discuss an ever-pressing question: When does supervision cross the line from useful feedback into infringing upon judicial independence?
