Keith Hyatt is a Professor Emeritus at Western Washington University in the Department of Education Leadership & Inclusive Teaching. He received a BS in Education and an MS in Special Education from the University of Idaho. He also has a doctorate in Special Education and School Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. During his career as an educator, he has served as a Special Education Teacher in elementary, middle schools, and high schools and has also served as a Behavioral Interventionist. He is the co-author of Developing IEPs: The Complete Guide to Educationally Meaningful Individualized Education Programs for Students With Disabilities.
