You are faced with a situation in which a participant’s right to due process is threatened by the other party’s actions or the hearing process itself. Class participants will analyze and learn from actual real-life scenarios presenting the possibility of due process violations and will discuss how a presiding officer might handle such dilemmas. Attendees also will learn and discuss how the reviewing court decided each case.
